I'm back from a long holiday weekend, and the American Press Institute has an excellent bit of research and great actionable ideas on how to redesign media workplaces. This is important work as we consider what is next as the pandemic approaches its second year of disruptions. (I've stopped thinking that we're approaching the end of COVID-19, and I've started to think of what to do as the pandemicshifts into an endemic disease.) Let's accept that work has changed, as Digiday declares the five-day in-office workweek as dead.
